1 Hemlock Drive, Upper Tantallon

Beautiful custom bungalow! This home has been completely rebuilt from the studs in 2015 & is designed for wheelchair accessibility throughout the entire main floor! All doorways are widened, ramps are located on the front & back of the house & the ensuite bathroom off the master has a huge custom shower (also wheelchair accessible). There is a very spacious living room & gorgeous white kitchen highlighting a large island, sun tunnel for extra natural light & stunning countertops and backsplash. Keep your toes warm with the cozy in-floor heat throughout & wood stove in the basement. There is a large master bedroom with an equally impressive walk-in closet. And for storage, you’ll have plenty of room in the attached double garage or extra storage shed on the property.
